At Streamliner Aldea, the security deposit is based on the credit screening of all applicants combined. Deposits start as low as $500 for studio and one-bedroom homes and $750 for one- and two-bedroom homes on approved credit. The total deposit can be up to one and a half months’ rent, or you may have the option to use a security deposit bond through a third-party partner.

Each future resident over the age of 18 is required to pay a $50 application fee.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made through the online resident portal using a credit or debit card, or by e-check.

Streamliner Aldea Apartments does not accept partial payments through the leasing office. However, we partner with Flex, which offers options for splitting rent payments.

Streamliner Aldea offers flat-rate utilities for a more streamlined and predictable living experience.

Yes. Each future resident aged 18 or older must complete an online application, pay the $50 application fee, and sign the lease agreement.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Pet pick-up stations are located throughout the property for your convenience.

We allow up to two pets per home. There is no weight limit; however, breed restrictions apply.

Residents have access to free uncovered parking. Reserved covered parking spaces are also available for an additional fee.

Yes, the community includes an on-site laundry lounge for resident use.

Select floor plans include walk-in closets along with additional interior storage.

Apartments are designed with energy efficiency in mind, including dual-pane windows and quality insulation to help manage utility costs.

Yes, apartment homes include smart door locks and smart thermostats.

No, a smartphone is not required. While smart home features are available, they are optional to use.
